The staff are very sociable, and they always seem to get my drink out ASAP! There’s only one time I can remember waiting for more than 5 minutes because I was stuck behind a car with many drinks and the girl at my table was very apologetic about...

This location is always extremely slow moving. I was the 4th car in my lane and was waiting for 18 minutes.

This location use to be so convenient cause it's right by my house and I loved it. Now I can sit in line for 15 mins without anyone taking my order. They just stand up at the front and talk to the ppl that already put in orders or they gossip...

How about an “I’m sorry for the 10 minute wait with only one car ahead of you” instead of a catty “sorry” . Worst 7Brew in Springfield!

The drink itself was nice, but the $3 up charge for a drink without ice is crazy. Some people cannot drink ice cold. Paid $9.20 for small drink

Best coffee in town and the best place to get what you order because you don't need to worry if it is going to be right. And the respect is worth the money.

This Place is amazing! I have never had a bad drink here! The coffee I am holding in that picture is a pumpkin latte with cinnamon and whipped cream.

Both times I’ve been here I’ve been second in line. Not a single person come and takes my order and sit there and yap to the person in the car ahead. They need to realize that they are technically fast food and everyone doesn’t have time to yap 24/7

Service was friendly and orders were accurate. The coffees didn’t taste too good even though we ordered them extra sweet. I had to throw mine out because it didn’t taste good.

This location has the most amazing and friendly young folks. They are always so sweet and conversational. And to know so many of them are doing amazing things with their lives and futures. It's always amazing to hear how great they are doing....
