Lady who took my order was a sweetheart but the lady who gave me my drink was absolutely rude and screwed my order up after she repeated it back to me but read it so fast I couldn’t understand and then blamed me for it and the drinks were gross.

This is what my coffee looks like 3 shots of espresso extra sugar free Carmel it looks like milk . I have been getting my drinks for a while now . The service is crap and actually my coffee has not tasted like it should the past 3 weeks...

I arrived a few minutes before 6:00 p.m., and waited approximately 17 minutes for one drink. I am pretty sure my order was either forgotten about or placed at the back of the queue, I didn't order a specialty drink just a standard smoothie....

I waited in line for 7 minutes just to be told the store was closed. The service wasn’t great either. I wasted my gas, time, and energy for nothing. Never coming back.

Been going to this location almost 2 years now.. every….day….I mean the coffees and drinks are on point & it being on the way to work, come oooooon now haha just makes sense.
