Don’t ask for light ice on an energy drink because you will be up charged $3.00. Regular coffee up charge $1.00. Starbucks stopped up charging for light ice - I suppose we will go back! This is highway robbery.

They owe me for a refund for a drink because their staff are fucking stupid and don’t listen. They have no ability to refund and after sitting there for 10 minutes I had to leave. The fucking manager couldn’t do it either.
