Im not a great person to review this, Im a coffee snob, real coffee...no sweet foo-foo drinks, just black. Their Americano was good, but I wouldn't wait in that line for it again.

Their location isn’t setup for the amount of traffic they do, cars line up down gratiot and block side streets, making it impossible to pull out of our neighborhood, and blocking other businesses as well.
I wish the city would do something.

The guy taking your order tries to force you to tip. Instead of handing you the tablet he says “your tip options are $1, $2, and $3. This is not how any other 7 Brew does it. Tipping is optional and based on service. I guess I’ll stick with Biggby.

I bought a $25 Gift Card on Mothers Day and went to use it and was told it wasn't even activated!! They gave me 1 free drink card for the "inconvenience" but that very much so doesn't equal to $25 so now im just out $25?? Ridiculous!!
