Slowest line of all time, workers don’t know what they are doing and takes forever just for it to be bad

Aly is definitely one of the best co workers here, she gives great customer service, was caring and recommended me the pink mermaid and the ocean breeze energy drinks which were so good! Definitely a 10/10 experience.

Went to this location on 8/13 with an order of 7 drinks for some coworkers. It was a lot of drinks, and the staff made them fast! Shoutout to Nolan, Olivia T., and Marissa, they were great. As well as anyone else who made all those drinks! Thank you guys.

Got a cold brew and it's just not very good. Service sucks in the drive thru, 2 people working only the inside lane. Paid for a medium and they tried to give me a a small. I will stay with Biggby.

When they were serving free drinks the line moved fast but recently just for a shake and lemonade You're in line for more than 20 minutes or more even when the line is not long !better off going somewhere else.

Izzy was fabulous! So sweet and on it. Anna at lane 1 was very kind! 10/10. I probably waited less than seven minutes, the line went so fast!

this has to be the slowest 7 brew iv ever been too in my life it’s always 40 mins to get a drink the staff is usually just sitting no one really takes orders they need quicker service! my drink is always waterd down when i get it

The manager seems inexperienced! Stayed in line while only one line moved and seemed short staffed during a big sale. Please hire a different manager for this location.

Service has been great Aly recommended me to try one of the 7 energy’s and I came back the next day and got the brew lagoon definitely didn’t disappoint.

Baylee helped us order our drinks and she's an absolute angel, she knew the menu so well for the shop being so new! I would definitely recommend her to any shop goers! The music in the drive thru was a bit loud though.

The line moved fast and baristas/servers were all cheerful and kind. I had an oatmilk Chai latte and my man had a sweet foam cloud 9 matcha, both were delicious!

A brunette girl working there was giving dirty looks for no reason unprofessional as hell was js there at 11:30 sat july 25th

the girl I had named Aly that handed me my drink was so sweet and suggested drinks for my next purchase. I’m not a coffee drinker so she had great suggestions!

Our order was taken quickly by Izzy and accurately. The line moved quickly, as it usually does. Drinks tasted amazing and the staff is so friendly. Even when we had to wait for our drinks Mariam played with my girls to keep them occupied.
