They took away the 50% off first responder discount. Now it’s 25% off the cheapest item in your order. Must of us nurses came for the discount and won’t be returning. You lost a lot of customers.

Line moves fast. The workers are always friendly. The number of workers and the fact that they take the order ahead of time on the tablet and of course the workers inside turning out drinks very fast.

The service is always friendly and helpful when I don’t know what I want to get. Their recommendations are always spot on! I’m not a huge coffee drinker and don’t know much about coffee. I told them that and they started asking what flavors...

Coffee is really good but "managers" should learn how to talk to their employees/coworkers in front of guests. Passive aggressive micromanaging isn't a good look. I rarely see the same workers there twice, and I go often. Maybe that's why theres...

The employees who take the orders never seem happy to be doing so and always have an attitude. This alone makes me never want to go there and order.
Once you pull up for your drink it’s always a different story. They are friendly and it’s like...
