7 Brew CoffeeLouisville, KY

Great service and great product. The young lady who took my order was very professional\. She came right up, took my order, and made sure everything was correct\. The young lady at the register was also very polite and thanked me\. Both employees...

What’s the purpose of walk up if you are having to wait the exact same time as sitting in line? Dutch brothers walk up has a shorter line. At least notify the customer. After waiting 20 minutes then being told it’ll be another 15 minutes I just...

I am addicted to the Blondie and the price is relatively low, but service at this location is hit or miss. Today the line is long. The staff normally works the cars in line taking orders, but today they are only working the car at the front...

My favorite 7 Brew location! The crew at Westport Rd (Louisville, KY) is amazing—especially Sarah and Angie! Sarah is always so welcoming, friendly, helpful, and efficient, with great positive energy even when it’s super busy or nasty weather...

Normally I love coming here, and have been coming here for the past year, but recently I feel like the service here has really gone downhill. I’ve had multiple incorrect drinks the past few times I’ve come through, and while one doesn’t bother...

My husband and I finally got to try 7 brew for the first time! We greatly enjoyed our drinks and will be going back! Honestly they are very reasonably priced as well! I got the hummingbird lemonade and he got the fruit roll-up chiller! Both...

I love 7 brew, and go at least twice a week to various locations in Louisville, but this particular location the last several times I’ve gone has had the system go down while in line or has just taken an extremely long time. I was in the line...

I love love love 7 brew, this location is closest to my work and has usually been good. Lately though has been very different, drink orders are being messed up or leaving things out. Employees standing around and not doing much, I understand...

This place has slowly started to go down hill. The evening staff seem to be annoyed when cars show up when it’s dead. Some of the staff at this location are absolutely 1000000/10 but they all seem to work during the busiest of hours! I miss...

The drinks are always pretty good but especially the pas 3-4 weeks staff has seemed incredibly distracted and a little rude. I went there tonight for a quick drink and staff took 23 minutes to get through 4-5 cars, when my order was finally...
