First time customer and decided to use a free small drink coupon. The girl who took our order became increasingly rude in our interaction (curly hair and pink tattoo on neck). i didn’t know whether she was annoyed because i was unfamiliar with...

The way this parking area is set up is really stupid. There’s one enterence and exit and i just feel like it should’ve been planned better or the stand should’ve been dropped off on another corner. The service was the slowest I’ve experienced...

Visited this location around three o'clock pm on a monday. This location is on a corner of high traffic. One way in and out. When leaving, just to get to Gene Snyder ( less than a quarter mile) took 20 mins at this time. Love 7 brew and their...

I finally just drove off without anything. It was just a bunch of teenagers, hanging out and listening to music. I placed my order, just tea, but never got my order. I waited until every other car was gone, the kids went inside to hang out so I left.

Got a americano bc a simple ice coffee wasn't an option at a coffee spot. Asked for skim milk and they literally put a small dash of milk. Tasted burned.

If you pay with a card here, check your account! I paid for a small drink for my daughter and there was a separate considerably larger charge. I asked them about it and was told they didn’t see it in their system it was a banking error and to...

Really love Seven Brew and will keep going back but they seem to give me the wrong order often. Has happened probably 3 times or so since they’ve opened and it ends being something that I’m not in to so it’s lost money. They’re a new location...

If they make a mistake I guess they're trained not to fix them. It's a brand new store, mistakes are bound to happen. That's okay. People can make mistakes. Managers that refuse to make it right for the customer have no place in the service...
