Customer service is a lost art in society these days, but this place has found a genuine leader in Fae. She’s committed to making everyone feel welcome and appreciated. My daughter absolutely adores her and asks for her every time we come...

It was a quick experience I knew what I wanted so everything went very smoothly. I know what I needed to order and I have the menu in the vehicle.

They're always quick and friendly. I have never had a bad experience there. I go there pretty much every day, as busy as they get, the majority of them know what I get and makes me feel like they enjoy their job.

I’ve given this location so many opportunities. They are very timely and the staff are so kind, but the quality of the drink is horrible. My iced latte is a completely different color and flavor every time. I think the staff are pressured to...

The young lady who took my order greeted me asked for my phone number and repeated my order to me before thanking me. In today’s world everyone is in such a rush that in many cases you feel like a number when interacting with staff. She made...

There's Inconsistency in the chillers I order. Little ice at times, espresso isn't as strong or chillers are too foamy. Proportions need to be followed as well as the ice mixture. The Nashville Rd location is most always spot on.

Friendly staff that are very willing to please. Horrible Rap music plays. But I guess that is today's "music" lol. Inconsistent tasting drinks when ordering the same drink repeatedly.

Didn't have to wait too long to order nor get my order. The staff were all amazing and so nice, especially Fatima. She took our order and was one of the only reasons we even orded from here. The coffee was good and filling. 10/10 would recommend!

I love 7brew coffee but often the service is slow at the Scottsville location, especially in the mornings. I have had one person work the lines while another sits and chats for minutes with customers. It's supposed to be a first come first serve...

I absolutely love 7Brew. I am always greeted by the most positive staff who seem to love what they do. I went through the other day and was greeted by Grayce, who was the most energetic person and seemed genuinely excited to be there.
