Not cool 7 Brew. When you have a promotional item, you need to plan adequately. Furthermore, if you do indeed run out of the item, you need to inform the countless people waiting in line with their kiddos in hopes of receiving one BEFORE they...

I seriously love 7 brew and the staff are always amazing! My only problem is that I saw this dog while in line and I didn't get to pet it. 🤷🏼♀️ Well and the prices are crazy high.

Waited in line for 15 minutes because they had a car sitting in line in front of us because they were all talking to her. More than 6 girls came to talk and held the entire line up. Then messed up our drinks.

Love the coffee but the service is god awful, they consistently only help one lane ate a time rather than a 1:1 ratio. Im late for work now becuase i sat an watched 3 people show up AFTER me and leave BEFORE me. Unbelievable...
