This stand is extremely inconsistent with its service, quality of product and overall experience. Most of the staff is so distracted and acts like they dont want to be there. I LOVE THE PRODUCT. But this location is terrible.

Not the first time this has happened. 4 cars in second lane while this kid talking to customer who works here. Set in line for 15 min. No one took orders. So got out of line to go to other line. Worst 7B in town! To top it off coffee grounds in my coffee.

I would give 0 stars if I could ! I've tried giving this location a few chances but after multiple issues at this location i'm done. This is quite literally the worst location in Wichita!

I visited this location on a busy Friday evening. Not only were these girls taking orders outside in 6 degree weather and being proactive but they did it with smiles on their face. The level of customer service they provided was outstanding!

First time here and loved it from the start so many options and so delicious and fast too. I definitely recommend over Starbucks and Scooters for me at least.
I got strawberry and white chocolate smoothie very delicious and simple.

Fast and friendly service. I love getting their white chocolate mocha before heading to work. It is silky smooth and sweet. It is a bit on a higher price range for a drink, but it is well worth it for the size you are getting. Would recommend...

I generally love 7 brews, and this location is on my way to work. I order the same thing every time and usually show the person what I am wanting to order specifically. Every single time my order is different and wrong!!

The right drive through is Tremendously slow. They made the wrong drink wouldn’t refund me or redo my drink. 7 brew has zero customer service. Not even to contact someone. I’m paying $9 for a 1200 calorie drink and can’t even get it right.
