Honestly, shocked by the lack of incompetence. I’ve waited a solid 15 minutes to get a smoothie and a blondie. Only to find out literally every car behind ours drinks were made, but not mine.

This stand is extremely inconsistent with its service, quality of product and overall experience. Most of the staff is so distracted and acts like they dont want to be there. I LOVE THE PRODUCT. But this location is terrible.

Not the first time this has happened. 4 cars in second lane while this kid talking to customer who works here. Set in line for 15 min. No one took orders. So got out of line to go to other line. Worst 7B in town! To top it off coffee grounds in my coffee.

I visited this location on a busy Friday evening. Not only were these girls taking orders outside in 6 degree weather and being proactive but they did it with smiles on their face. The level of customer service they provided was outstanding!

First time here and loved it from the start so many options and so delicious and fast too. I definitely recommend over Starbucks and Scooters for me at least.
