I took my cousin to go get our normal drinks and they messed both of them up we ended up with coffee in the both of em and being Mormon makes that not work super well but the lady who took our order was really nice

You're location is dangerous, blocking the right lanes of traffic and people blocking intersections the cars can get across Wanamaker Rd. I've been blocked from going through the intersection and I'm surprised that the city alows this.

What's the point of drive thru coffee when I have to sit in line for 20+ minutes to get it? Stop letting people make orders for their whole office. 4 max per car. Also it's syrup pump, coffee dump, stir... I don't understand how that's a 5 minute process.

Took over 30 minutes to get one drink. Kept mixing up and giving people the wrong drinks. Had multiple drinks being sent back bc they didn’t taste good or were the wrong ones.

I have been to this establishment 4 times and each time I have spent no LESS than 35 minutes in line, Today was 50. Not ok, They have 2 people taking and handing out orders and ATLEAST 4 people making drinks each time.
