I'm constantly passed up in the ordering line and the employees seem to hate their jobs...

Employee was ignoring me and talking to another employee and looking at her phone. No menu listed yon the screen and I was asking questions and she told me to look it up online. Unhelpful and rude.

This is the worst stand in Lafayette. Ive seen like 10 different people manage it and their turnover seems high. Worst customer service and drinks by FAR

This stand takes the longest by far to get drinks made. Workers here tend to converse with a car for a long period of time when there is a long line following. Although conversations with 7 brewistas are nice, there’s no reason it should that...

Best coffee I have found. So many are not consistent but no problem with 7 brew.

The 7 brew by the mall is the worst one in town! There's no rhyme or reason, they will serve five cars in the close line to one in the far line. They clearly aren't staffed like any 7brew I've been to. No greeters at the end of the line or anything....

Extremely slow service, especially if you get stuck in the outside drive-thru lane. I waited over 15 minutes to get my coffee. The coffee itself is good, but not quick at all. I wish I hadn’t paid because I would’ve driven away

Had a terrible experience here today…
There was 0 customer service skills on display here. Barista simply said “phone number” and “what do you want” I thanked them for my drinks and got “yep” as a response…
The music they were playing through...

Slowest service ever. The lane next to us emptied out and our lane was at a standstill. Disappointed.

Decent smoothies, albeit a little overpriced. I chose the Bubble Gum Flavor and enjoyed it. Generous portions.

Great place most the time. A little on the pricey side. Most employees are very polite and friendly. Music is a bit on the loud side but at least it's good music most the time 😜

The people here are always so sweet. I love the strawberry smoothie and when they suggested adding cupcake - OMG I tell you it was amazing!

Told me they dont make smoothies after 9pm....yet I get them after 9pm all the time. Clearly just a bunch of lazy teenagers.

LOVE Seven Brew. It's my go to, however I'll be cutting back because the prices just keep going up.

To many teens standing around not doing anything. The vibes and atmosphere are not it. Waiting 22min for one single drink.

The service here is great, but I’m so sad because this location is out of decaf so often! I can’t have a lot of caffeine So it’s frustrating when half the time I go there I can’t get my drink Not sure why you can’t just order enough☹️

Just go to this one guys. Recently it is the only 7 Brew in town holding itself together. The workers are still friendly, and if they mess up they take ownership of it and correct it.

Tried 7brew for the first time using a recipe I found online, was amazing. Will definitely be returning. Way better than Starbucks! The girls working too were lovely.

I always love seeing the windows up front painted in different themes for their stand. Nicole does such a great job painting them, while keeping fast pace when it comes to making drinks. Chloe and Kier have the best flavor combinations both...
