7 Brew CoffeeRound Lake Beach, IL

I love this location been coming since it opened but today I had a dead bee come up thru the straw and straight into my mouth and had my car windows closed which meant the bee was in my drink before it was given to me I’m utterly disappointed...

Spectacular service from Asher A! We are annoying people who come through with a bunch of orders that have 1-2 modifications per drink. Any time we have Asher A he double checks the drinks are exactly how we ordered them. His commitment to...

They never have decaf coffee. And have to drinks are never available. The price is decent. I just wish it was a lot faster like Starbucks or Dunkin and they weren’t out of everything. Maybe the general manager or whoever’s in charge should make...

Went into to get a remake for a drink that was spilled and they said they can not honor the remake and charged me full price. Terrible at making the moment right customer service. I was there 10 minutes prior and the same person gave me the...

Horrible management at this location. Waiting 20 minutes with 2 car in front of me and counting drink have been sitting there for 5 minutes. I would love to speak with the manager a real one I asked to speak with one some lady came out being...

5 cars behind us in line got their drinks before we did. All we ordered was a 2 medium iced coffees. Waiting at the front of the line for about 20-25 minutes as cars behind us got their orders and drove on by. And then no apology or anything...

left Carmel in my drink that did not have Carmel, and forgot the cream of my other drink very disorganized and inefficient during the needle event couldn’t get back in line Return the drink. Super disappointed because I’m a regular here and...

Took forever to get our drinks, at least 5 cars behind me got their drinks before I did (I only had 2 simple drinks), they brought the wrong drinks to the car, and when we sent them away they started laughing at us. I’m usually a 7brew lover,...

I've been coming here since they opened and the drinks are always consistent, lines move quickly. But yesterday I had such a good experience with alex. He was so incredibly sweet and charming. I slhung back for a bit just to chat. Give this...

My group ordered 4 drinks. One of the drinks was a surprise fizz and they emphasized no coconut, when we got the drinks it was almost purely coconut. We also ordered 2 dog treats, also made sure to say no whip cream. When we got the treats...

Had our drinks made incorrectly and staff were so understanding and kind! Especially appreciate Billy! He personally made them after speaking with us to see that they were made correct! He was understanding, professional, and kind! Thank you...

I showed up at 10:55 and the staff were whispering inside the cubicle about how they were annoyed that I was there and they were saying nose goes as to who has to take my order. They then come outside. I say I’m sorry for showing up late, which...

I went with my family, I ordered a surprise and emphasis no coconut. I got pure coconut in my drink. We had asked for dog treats with no whip, the guy at the window gave us whip with the treats. We told him that our dogs get sick from whip and...

Absolute game-changer for drive-thru drinks! I stopped by 7 Brew for the very first time today, and I am officially hooked. The service was insanely fast and super friendly, but the drinks completely stole the show. I ordered two frozen smoothies...

I have had their cold coffee and that was awesome. What i go back for is their milkshakes. Me, personally, I get a large chocolate n strawberry milkshake and ask them to make it thicker. I've asked them to do Chocolate drizzle on the inside...

The person that actually took my order was nice, typical ordering experience. The greeter, I guess(?), was sort of rude. Not sure if it’s because he’s a teenager or what, but he was just very dismissive. He asked me my plans and made fun of...
