App allows you to order ahead but to pick up coffee you have to wait in line anyway. Total wait time 45 min. One drive thru lane was 20 min faster than the other for no apparent reason.

Not worth the wait. We were in line for over an hour and our drink didn’t taste right. We didn’t want to hold the line up anymore. The person making our drinks was very nice, but she was also bringing them out to the car. Just not worth the price and time.

The drinks are good and fine. The service was beyond slow. To get an order of 2 drinks I just waited in line for 1.5 hours. That is just ridiculous. I don't know if it was staffing or something else but they need to figure it out.

They have sales where cars are literally lined up in the road, taking up a lane of traffic. Never actually tried their coffee, but they need to manage the lines of cars better or stop having these sales, because they're blocking off a lane of traffic
