The baristas and order taker were great and helpful. They were patient and knew the menu. Riding my motorcycle through the drive thru takes a little bit longer.

While the staff is incredibly friendly and I enjoy the drinks them constantly being out of staple items like large cups is really frustrating. They went over a week with offering only energy drinks because of water issues.

High five to Joe he’s always so personable pleasant and happy I love when Joe comes to get my order. Everybody here has such positive attitudes and they are super quick with our orders. Love that they are open late as well.

The drink it’s self taste good, but apparently this is light ice I would hate to see what my drink looks like with regular ice.

The staff are absolutely great. Super friendly and interactive. I go to this location specifically for this. Great job team. They know us by what drinks we order. They make it feel like family.

I was the third person in line and waited almost 20 minutes to get my coffee. Love the coffee but hate the wait time

We arrived and there was one other vehicle in front of us. We ordered 1 drink and it took over 15 minutes while we watched at least 3 vehicles in the other line who got there after get their order. Drinks are delicious but their system really needs work.

No decaf in the mornings

It's drive through only, and it's usually pretty quick, but there is always a line so you will wait at least 5-10 minutes! The drinks are great, I got a sugar free Blondie and it was delicious.

Charmaine and Bella are the goats, very nice girls, and great at their jobs!!!!!!!!!

Bella was the best!! On one of the most busiest days and a holiday, Bella greeted us with a smile and cheerful attitude. I hope everyone tipped because they worked their tails off making sure everyone was taken care of. Go see Bella!! We will!

waited 30 mins for two drinks, cancelled order after multiple cars behind us got their orders before ours. staff was completely disorganized, seemed like they had no idea what was going on. Not planning on returning.

Charmaine is amazing! Very charismatic! You should have her out in the drive-through talking to people all the time. Coming back for the service.
