Carly was amazing!!! i ordered the wrong drink and it was already made. i asked her if it was too late to change it and she went inside and made me a new one so quick no questions asked and was totally willing to help out. she was awesome!!

I tried 7brew for the first time and I’m happy to say it’s worth the money! The sweet and salty macchiato (I believe) is a hit for sure. S/o to Alyssa, she was so helpful and def gave me and my coworker a great first experience!

Abby was simply amazing! So helpful and absolutely the BEST!

Tony has horrid customer service. His drinks are disgusting and incredibly wrong. He needs to be dealt with. Stay away from him!!!! Everyone else is amazing!!!

Love their coffee! Go every day when my son has school. The peoole that work there are amazing! Just leave enough time if you go in the afternoon as the wait is much longer than in the mornings

Definitely WAYYY better than the other Joliet location on Plainfield Rd. It’s further away from me but definitely worth it!! The drinks are always great never disappointed, faster pace, and the staff are actually pleasant!
