Tried it and ordered a mocha ice coffee that tasted weirdly burnt and since they don't have soy I won't be back. I can't do oat, coconut or almond so kinda disappointed...

Was in line forever. The other line did 10 cars to 1 in the line I was in. Employees didn’t notice and help even out the traffic flow.

The order was incorrect. They were out of a syrup, therefore they decided to make their own drink and serve it. It was horrible!! When paying for a drink, it would be appropriate to ask before serving something that was not ordered!

It's 4th of July and 95 degrees and these poor kids don't get a fan?! Lowes is right down the road! C'mon!
The employees have a great attitude even in the heat.

Sat first in line for 15 minutes, at 9:45, just for them to come up and tell us they are now closed and won’t take another order. When the website says closed at 10, they should take orders up until 10 instead of leaving people sitting for 15...

Its usually spot on but the new brew crew has my fav iced german chocolate 3/4 sweet with almond milk and an extra shot being made with way to much milk. Its more like an iced milk. I had them remake it last night and this morning it was worse....

The service is so wonderful. The people are very nice and I never have to wait in line for a long period of time. I also like that they don't make you use your free dink if you have one available you can save if fir Rainey day.
