Says they open at 5:30 am. Went at 6:45 am with people who are in from out of town that were exciting to be try it. They were not open. There were even others waiting wondering why they are not open. Went to Dunkin for coffee.

My favorite location to get my coffee!! They have great energy and always get my order right 🤏🏼

Employees were super sweet!! I was very considerate that the lines are long & they are trying their best! Drink was super good :)

This might be the most inefficient drive through I’ve ever seen. Employees were standing around doing nothing while the line was piling up and flowing on to the street. Drinks took forever to come out. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. Ridiculous.

Poorly designed location. Staff moves slowly. I have been the the location in Naperville and that location has a tighter spot but it moves quicker.

Shannon was awesome and forgot this girl name taking our order but she was good it was 9 42 am she messed up and we offered to pay and she said don’t worry it’s free

We came here for the first time and this young man named Austin was so awesome. He helped me personalize my drink and I was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend 🤌🏻

the drinks are good but 2 workers held up the line because they were talking to their friend. I had my drink and was waiting in my car for 10 minutes before I was let out of the drive-through lane

Waited over 40 minutes for one drink every time we have come to this location the wait gets longer and longer. Maybe not enough staff or something but definitely not worth it.

First time visiting this location. I was excited that the line was short but they were taking extremely long with orders. I must have waited 10 minutes with two cars infront of me. The drink itself was ok.

This 7Brew location is horrible. The wait for a cup of coffee is over an hour. The staff at this location is not professional. Best to get your coffee fix at an independent coffee shop.

i dont like this store

Me an d my wife always get the ice blondie and is always good at Huntly location, she decided to go here because it’s closer but the drink just bad for the first time. Poor experience and long wait overall.

Waited in line 45 min to get skipped several times from the employees walking around taking orders. When someone finally helped us, his card reader died and we had to reorder with someone else that had horrible attitude.

Drinks were good staff was friendly but my God is it slow. 30 minute wait for coffee is not worth it regardless of how good the coffee is. Sorry but I cannot bring myself to come back here again.

I love this place! I come 4-5 times a week and my drinks always taste delicious never had any issues! Thank you for being the best part of my morning.
