Not a fan of the loud music but the staff are nice. Got an ice blondie. Yum. Great first impression. Although not sure I'd have time to sit in the lines. Either one was slow going. Didn't know if there was food. Just wanted to try the coffee.

Line was short and my barista was really friendly. She let me know I had enough points to use. She took her time, repeated the order, and reviewed my account without me questioning. She let me know I had the option to use points.

Why do I have to tip if they attend to me on the street? I tip at a restaurant where I sit and enjoy the service. This gets out of control! Owners assume the salary of their employees.
