Open until 11pm, came for a shake at 1030 staff said they clean the machines at 10 so certain drinks are unavailable after 10pm. Should say "limited menu"

I’m currently sitting in a line I’ve been in for 35 minutes. Barely moved. Others in the other line have come and gone. This is the second time I’ve had to wait a long time. This is the longest. I still have 5 cars ahead of me. This is terrible....

I had arrived and pulled into the drive through at 11:01am and did not receive my drink and leave until 11:23am. Took 22 minutes to receive one drink. Do not go here if you’re in a rush especially since there is no way to get out of the drive through.

0 common sense when designing drive thru system. The order of cars does not matter as the employees pick one line and get all of their orders before starting the other line leaving people waiting 30 minutes while others wait 3.

The staff is friendly and the coffee is good. The service just takes SO LONG. It doesn’t matter if it’s morning, afternoon, or evening. I always wait around 30 MINUTES, which is a really long time for one drink

We completely go out of our way, and love coming but for some reason we sit in the drive through for nearly 30 MINUTES! Not at any peak times.. it’s every time!!! It’s so frustrating.
