Girl that waited on me was not friendly at all. Didn't look at me, didn't smile. My drink was not very good this time either. I am very disheartened by how inconsistent this particular 7 brew is with their service and quality.

I order from here regularly, the last couple of times have been horrendous. The music is so loud you can barely hear the workers. The last time all 3 drink orders were entered incorrectly, I corrected them 3 times. They remade the wrong...

Refused to give me a straw with my drink. Said they only give it for drinks that are smoothies or have whipped cream on top. Will not be going here anymore lol.

So annoying never getting what you order. 3rd time at this location ordering light ice, yet they fill the cup to the brim! For $7, you get a cup of ice. GIVE THE CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY WANT!

Don't even bother making modifications to your drink since they clearly don't know or just don't care to follow it. Literally every other 7Brew in the state is better than this place.

We waited in line for a total of 50 mins just to get our drinks made wrong and ALL overly sweet. We did ask for ONE of the drinks to be made extra sweet, but it has never been this sweet before. And I ordered a large 7energy with mango, peach...

Zero stars for this location. We’ve been stuck in line for almost 40 minutes and haven’t moved.
Update: 52 min. We can’t move because the cars ahead of us don’t have their drinks. The cars behind us all have their drinks and the baristas are...

Minute 30 of sitting in a line of 20 cars. They were prompt in taking my order, with no warning they were extremely slow that day and it would be 45 minutes.

I’ve been coming to this stand since they opened, and i’ve never had an experience this terrible, and I have never had to wait this long for a drink, let alone for it to be extremely watered down/not even remotely similar to what I ordered....

I love 7Brew but I HATE this location!!! So much!! They can’t make a drink right to save their lives!!! Go to ANY OTHER location besides this one if you want your drink made right the first time and to taste good.

So let me get this straight I have to pay almost 2 dollars more to fill this up because this is the space at the ice would take up? The tip culture is a little egregious as well…

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was kinda nervous about just ordering a water, because some people get annoyed at that, but the worker was super kind about it! She even went in and got it for me herself so I could skip the line!

Stargazer Energy is my lifeblood and Rin is an absolute doll and always serving the best customer interaction. The location on Merle Hay can get pretty busy. Kind if expect it when there are always so many deals and new drinks happening. Love...

I absolutely love 7 brew but why is SS and Merle Hay sooo slow and they get our order wrong more times than they get it right. Need to learn from Ankeny!!

Worst experience ever!! I came to the Merle Hay location. The vehicle before places no order but several of the staff members came to the vehicle window. They continued to stand around the car for 10 minutes in total while the cars behind me...

I come here very often and I absolutely love the drinks. But I am going to say I came this evening and was very disappointed. I realize it’s a half hour before close so they may be light on staff. But I have been sitting in the drive-through...

By far the best 7 brew in the area, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is fun. There was a lovely young lady this morning that gave me a sticker, who doesn’t love a free sticker

Typically, I am a huge fan of seven brew. Today I sat there and waited to be helped in the right lane while four girls just stood there talking and another one appeared to be cleaning inside.
Finally, once they had given one of the left cars...

I ordered a half-caffeine ice latte with oat milk. When I took the first sip, I thought I got the wrong drink. The drink clearly had added sugar. I drove back and asked and after checking they explained that the oat milk has a lot of sugar....
