This location is very inconsistent. Modifications aren't properly done and they lack in customer service. The workers act as if though a simple interaction is an inconvenience. The Merle Hay location is most definitely better than this one!

Consistently the worst 7brew location I have ever been to. Employees don’t know how to utilize both lanes. Every other location in Des Moines and in other states I have been to has way better service and faster drive thru. The workers here are slow.

Why bother to allow drinks to be modified if they’re not willing to make them how it’s ordered?
