This was the best coffee that I have had in a long time in and I was a diehard Starbucks person. I will be back again and again

Everyone is always so friendly and always takes the time to chat with us as we wait for our drinks. Couldn't ask for anything better. Yesterday the young lady that help us was so very friendly and had a great conversation with her and she was...

Great drinks, friendly staff! I thought it was odd the same kid was working when I went to work at 6am and still working that evening after 6pm when I can back through. Maybe consider shorter shifts for these high school and college kids! They...

There is no inside space here. You cannot tell from the listing details or from any of the pictures - but there is no inside service at this location. I had to leave and go find someplace else. This seems like something you should really be...

This location is very inconsistent. Modifications aren't properly done and they lack in customer service. The workers act as if though a simple interaction is an inconvenience. The Merle Hay location is most definitely better than this one!

My friend and I went to this 7 brew and ordered two 24oz seven energies. She asked us twice which size and we said 24oz both times. We got handed two 32oz 7 energies and charged for the 32oz as well. She had red hair with pink streaks in the...

Consistently the worst 7brew location I have ever been to. Employees don’t know how to utilize both lanes. Every other location in Des Moines and in other states I have been to has way better service and faster drive thru. The workers here are slow.

Why bother to allow drinks to be modified if they’re not willing to make them how it’s ordered?
I’m not a regular coffee drinker so when I go and 50% of the time they don’t make my drink right it gives me more reason not to get coffee here....

High content sugar drinks. However, my poor rating is because the staff was more concerned about talking to their friends than they were about helping the customers. The line of cars was being held up because they were talking to people in...
