The Chikfila-style ordering is weird. It was pouring rain and they have no overhang, so the employee and our driver both got soaked, trying to order with an iPad, 3 cars back. Weird vibe. Coffee was fine.

Very disappointing experience at the Ankeny location. The drive-thru line was backed up down the road and outside the parking lot, so I chose the walk-up option. I was the ONLY person standing there, yet employees repeatedly looked at me without...

1st Experience and it was smooth with 2 kids. Got our correct orders and fell in love with our drinks. My son had a blood orange fizz, creme brulee for my 11year old and I tried the strawberry energy. So good. I wish they were closer

People were nice. They could have a menu on hand to order off, would be nice. I ordered blue raspberry sparkling soda for my kids, I got instead a brown color sparkling soda and they didn’t even tell me that they chose a different flavor. My...
