The drive thru lines are not managed properly. Only one line was getting orders taken. I had a car come in 2 cars behind me in the second lane and was 7 cars ahead by the time we made it to the front. This happens at this location ALL THE TIME..

Good coffee. Slow service. Was 5-6 cars ahead of me in each lane. I sat in drive through for at least 20 minutes (around 5pm) and my lane had not moved. Note for staff- if lane 2 isn't moving and lane 1 is, assist some of the cars in lane 2.

Slow service, not very considerate staff, tried to ask for a napkin couldn’t get anyone to pay attention. Most of them were not working, but only two. each time I come to this location I have poor service. Sad but true.
