This place is clearly not prepared for jackpot days. I waited over 40 minutes for my order to be handed over to someone else without checking if it was meant for the right person. To make matters worse, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes...

West Palm location is the slowest moving location. 20 mins waiting in a line for drinks I feel is a lot of time. As much as I enjoy my drinks, I do not enjoy waiting 20 mins.

I have been to many 7 Brews and I have to say this was by far the worst experience from poor customer service to making you wait over 20 minutes for them to get the order wrong two times. People standing around not doing anything. Rude employees...

Brittany is so kind and she responded with a genuine sense of urgency. Please protect good workers no matter the cost. She turned my morning around. She deserves nothing but pure joy. Thank you 7 brew.

I’ve been coming to 7 Brew for a long time now and have visited several of the Florida locations. Out of all of them, the West Palm location is by far my favorite. The customer service is always exceptional, everyone works hard to keep the line...

Been coming here almost every day for the past two months or so and I’ve never once had even a subpar experience. Hands down the best 7 Brew I’ve been to and one of my favorite places in West Palm.

Angel is absolutely amazing and honestly deserves a raise, I was able to get in and out instantly thanks to them, definitely would recommend as a supervisor that the manger takes a look at their work ethic and take appreciation and giving them a promotion.

The coffees are really sugary and sweet no matter what essentially. They got no menus, so your anxiety is bound to spike when you don't know what to order.

My date suggested this place to pick up coffee and lemonade for movie watching. Great service and obviously popular pick up only location. I thought coffee and cake were okay. She loved the lemonade.

Rude rude staff!!! Took 20 minutes from ordering to get up to the window and get our drinks that were just sitting on a tray outside. Said thank you 3 times and got ignored each time. Won’t be back. 2 stars because the drinks were good.

Horrible coffee! I used to have 7brews in Milwaukee which was amazing, came here and it tastes straight up like black coffee from a random diner in the middle of no where. Such a disappointment for a known name. Also, lines were insanely long...
