Got in line for the brew-do sign and app both say 7-7 but they’re out at 330. Understandable, however, an employee is seen by several taking a handful to her car!!! When mentioned they said there’s nothing they can do!!! Will not be back to this one

Coffee was good but the girl with the bright red hair working at around 8/9 am on August 18th was extremely rude to not only us but her coworkers as well. It was really off putting.

I’m not sure they’ve hired new people or something but the service was very off and not inviting at all. Crew member shouted at another in front of me, maybe they were having a bad day but it shouldn’t have shown through the service I received today.

Had the sweetest and funniest barista name Jaliyah. She was very knowledgeable on drinks and made my entire visit an exciting experience. I ordered a pink mermaid energy and it was a 10/10! Thanks for the fantastic service Jaliyah!!

They have great coffee when they get it right. I let it slide 3 or 4 times but I just spent $11 on a frozen coffee that was just syrup and foam. Had to throw it away. There was no coffee in it. It felt like a cup of air.

I finally had a chance to enjoy some really good ice coffee. I visited my daughter in Tallahassee for 1 week and she wanted me to try this place. I actually loved my coffee so much that I went back twice. I will be back soon.

I love 7brew. However, each time I have visited this location my orders have been wrong. Iced when I asked for hot or vice versa. The worst part is with both lanes of the drive through the employees will not take orders in the way you arrived....

So I got a drink. The salted caramel type coffee. Didn’t taste that way! I think 7 Brew is over rated. My drink was $9.xx!!! I still like Dunkin better. But their service is very good.

You guys really need to do something about the traffic you have 4 people standing outside why are none of them at the entrance telling your customers not to block roadways and entrances? This is just a terrible position for your volume of business.
