While the staff was very friendly, you cant actually get a cup of just plain hot coffee. I feel like with coffee being in the name, that should be an option.

When ordering multiple drinks please make sure to mark on the lid. Twice now we don't know who's is who's. We held up the line because the employees didn't mark the lids correctly. Cost to much to just try and guess what's what.
