Waited 10+ minutes after my online order, 20 cars came and went in the other lane and didn't even get what I ordered. Took you that long to put coffee and milk in a cup and completely missed the flavoring.

They play music crazy loud and when I'm trying to pick up prescriptions at the next door CVS I can't hear them through the intercom. Really frustrating.

First time going to 7 Brew, and I really enjoyed it! The cinnamon roll coffee was delicious, and the service was incredibly fast. It felt like I had just pulled in to order my drink, and before I knew it, I was already pulling out with it. Great...

Conveniently located, and very outgoing and friendly folks here. Their featured items last month, White Panda Mocha and this month funnel cake coffee frozen chiller has been phenomenal. Keep putting out winners like that and I'll continue to drink'em!

Staff is a little on the slower side coming from someone who visits 7brew’s atleast 10 times a week. Also they run out of coffe and a lot of other things a lot. But Hey I’m prob not going to stop going

I have been to all of the seven brews in pensacola and this location is the absolute worst. I just recently discovered that they’ve been giving me the wrong size drink. I’ve been paying for large seven energy and been given mediums for 3 months....

Ordered a decaf chiller, it wasn’t decaf and I almost had to go to the er 🤗. If someone orders decaf please make sure it is so. Some people have health issues and are unable to have large amounts of caffeine.

7 brew makes an amazing cup of coffee. They are kind and quick. They have a great rewards program. Plus if they have your number you get texts about all the deals and give aways. If you love coffee definitely check out 7 brew

The lady that took our order was super nice but our drinks were completely wrong. We had to repeat our order multiple times and our shots tasted dead/ burnt. It’s almost not drinkable. The taste of the burnt espresso over pours the entire drink....

Always friendly staff! Great drinks! My current favorite is the blackberry cobbler lemonade. The line was long, but that might be their norm. This was my first visit to the 9 Mile location. Drinks were brought out early, so the line moved quickly.
