Everytime I go to this one in particular the drinks are wrong and taste sour or off. All the other locations I have been to are great this one is the worst experience I've ever had at a 7 brew.

My problem is that they have my order in the system it is the same every time. However , the execution is different every time. My coffee order although unchanged tastes different every time. Not just a smidge different completely different....

I absolutely adore the staff here, the drinks are always made to perfection, and they all have wonderful attitudes, except Amanda. The manager. Yeah, she’s rude and I have yet to have a good experience with her. I won’t let her ruin the 5 stars!
