I love this 7brew compared to the other locations but the past few weeks the younger kids working here have been absolutely awful. Their customer service is horrible, I’m waiting 20 minutes at least to even just order my drink. They’re too busy...

Excellent customer service. Lattes had a good flavor and we're not acidic. There are numerous options on the menu from smoothies to match and tea. The menu does not have food. The line is a little confusing and we were not close enough to scan...

I have always had great experiences here, but today was different. At approximately 4:30 PM, a female employee walked up to my car and said, “Hey bro, what’s up yo, what you want today yo.”It was incredibly unprofessional and forced. As a non-white...

Horrible customer service. Instead of going to the next person in line they go side to side, so make sure you pick the correct line otherwise you could be waiting longer than people that come after you. Staff is rude. I loved the concept...

A little upset wanted a coffee but they ran out of cream so I had to get a refund and go to dunkin donuts. Got a large lemonade and the cup had more ice then lemonade. Usually my go to but now I have to worry about if they have cream.

Love the place. Quick and easy, ordered at your window, by an actual human being! Not talking to a screen or a person behind a screen. It was a refreshing experience. It could easily be 100% all automated, but they keep people employed and allow...

Disappointed with my visit to the Wallingford location. While the customer service crew is usually enthusiastic, on this visit the girl who took my order was kind of rude didn’t make small talk asked for a number while snapping her gum over...

Shockingly bad. $9 for “coffee” that’s worse than Dunkin with undissolved Splenda crystals is incredibly disappointing. Save yourself a few bucks and just drink a bottle of creamer.
