People were great, my girlfriend's drink is great, mine is not. Banana bread hazelnut drink tastes like coffee (nice) and laffy taffy (not nice) drowned in Nutella (also not nice). Can't give a bad rating for my own poor decision but I can warn the world.

I don't think they understood what a large black coffee was because when I got my order, I received a little cup that had 4 shots of something and it had cream and sugar. I was very disappointed 😞 other then that the service was ok.

The staff is always so nice and usually like to have a conversation. They're always playing great music and my order is always perfect! Definitely recommend the Blondie with toasted marshmallow or the strawberry smoothie add vanilla.

Honestly everyone is usually pretty nice here, today was not the case. The girl taking my order was rude and really dropped the ball on customer service. Probably why i dont go here much anymore when wanting a coffee. Thanks for the bad attitude
