they always ALWAYS get my drink wrong without fail. I always get a horrible attitude when correcting it too. I am NOT paying a ridiculous price for my drink to be made wrong. Every other location seems to do it fine.

Normally have good service and good drinks, today I asked for light ice and it was almost completely filled with ice. I had a couple add in for my drink but it has never been this expensive for a medium, I paid $12 for just a couple sips of a drink 🙁.

I go to 7brew nearly every day. It’s the only thing I buy for myself. Today, I got a normal drink (large hot sweet and salty with chocolate macadamia nut) and there’s no flavor it, but a burnt flavor. It’s undrinkable. I had to pour it out....
