Wanted iced drink but i didn’t specify and the person ordering didn’t ask either iced or hot and gave hot. wasn’t able to get iced cause i had to get to work. just would like to make sure they’re specifying iced or hot for the future.

This 7 Brew location is my favorite one in the NWA area. People are always cheerful and really act as if they enjoy their job here, which definitely reflects on the type of service you receive, and they ALWAYS give you good service here.
