Lost a customer before I could ever become one! Decided to swing through to try an iced coffee for the first time after being a long time Starbucks girl. Apparently, though, to purchase your overpriced coffee, it’s on the customer to know the...

I got a free pup cup for my 9 week old mini schnauzer baby, and he got loves from our ladies! ❤️ plus my drinks are always the same and always amazing! Kindness! Busy but not too busy for a smile and quick chat.

They make great ‘pup cups’ for my elderly dog. Our dog looks forward to 7 Brew Sundays and her sweet ‘pup cup.’

Teach your eldest teen on duty how to issue a paper receipt on request. I could not get a receipt in Fayetteville, Searcy, Conway or the West Markham location in Little Rock. They just stare at you with a bewildered look like what is a paper receipt.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I was charged twice for my coffee, brought it to their attention, and they still refused to issue a refund or properly resolve the issue. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters....
