Bad experience overall, it took us more than an hour just to place our order. They only had one person taking orders while 3-4 other staff members were just walking around instead of helping customers. Extremely slow and unorganized service

Guess you can’t come close to an hour before they close. Drive through around 10:10 and the service sucked, stood there for a bit and both girls and the one guy working just looked at each other before the guy ultimately took my drink order....

I just left 7 Brew where I ordered an extra hot honey lavender latte from a long line of customers. The employee quickly brought out a drink and asked if I ordered the lavender latte and yes I did.

We love 7brews and have never had a bad experience until today. 20 wait on coffee by the time we got out ice coffee it had half way melted. Won't be visiting this location again. Truly disappointed.

Absolutely by FAR the slowest , most unorganized outfit the mob in Springdale, AR owns. Do not waste your valuable time or screw up your day by making the mistake of stopping here. Stopping is exactly what you'll be doing.

The outside lane goes about 4x slower than the inside lane everytime. Might as well be single lane because when you go to the outside lane you just want to rage when you see cars that pulled in 5 mins after you getting thier coffee...
