Consistently friendly staff across all the locations I’ve visited (I visited 2 today!)
Fast service and an excellent product. I don’t remember names, but they always ask how we’re doing, where we’re heading or what our plans are for the day...

I like 7 Brew, the coffee and drinks always meet or excede expectations, however the app and reward system is difficult. Hard to find on my phone. The phone number part works wonderful.

Out of all the NWA locations, this is the worst one and filled with incompetent people. Kept telling me I didn’t have a free drink available when the app showed 1,600 points. So stuck up and useless at their job.

My favorite coffee spot while my son has been in the NICU— it is perfect every single time and the service is so fast! Everyone is so kind and personable. I specifically saw Elise today and she was so sweet and had such great customer service....

Went there for the first time. Ordered an iced coffee with a little milk in it. Got a latte. I said this isn't what I ordered. They said it's the same thing. 😬ok . The person talking my order was very nice though.

I was amazed with this place and the drinks were delicious. So different from our coffee shops in PA. They also have drinks for kids. Some of the drinks are cold brews, juicy drinks, lime lemonade.
