I love the 15th street location! They are always so friendly and seem so excited to serve but the Skyland location is a totally different vibe (very dry). I prefer the 15th street location as far as customer service goes.

3 out of 4 times I’ve been to the skyland location I couldn’t get my order due to decaf not available. Some people like myself cannot have caffeine due to health reasons. I’ll go to the 15th street location from now on. Never had an issue at that one.

These 5 stars are for the skyland location only. They were the sweetest and most helpful crew.
The one on 15th street I’ll never go back to that one. The crew is not knowledgeable and deff not there for costumer service.

I went to 7 Brew on Skyland Blvd in Tuscaloosa Alabama on 12/20/25 and purchased 2 $25.00 gift cards and was charged twice. I have been up to this location 4 times now to get this mistake corrected and have yet to get a refund for their mistake....

2 drinks for only $7, customer service is TOP TIER, got a pumpkin chai latte iced and you can ACTUALLY taste the pumpkin unlike some other places 1000/10 for me, also got a kiwi and peach flavored water and it’s a 100/10!! WOULD RECOMMEND
