My family and I just visited this location today and the service Adalyn gave us was very rude. My sister in law sent an email to the manager regarding our experience which I will put below. I would have given more stars to this location if it...

I attended the event they had today, and unfortunately, the lack of fairness was very noticeable which, honestly, I somewhat expected. It appeared that certain people were allowed to bend the rules, especially when it came to getting extra NeeDohs...

Observed an employee grab something off the floor, throw it away touched said trashcan, then moved another trashcan and start grabbing drinks WITHOUT washing her hands. Unfortunately I was not able to get this employees name.

Ordered a small Americano with steamed heavy cream and an extra 1/2 scoop cane sugar. It was not sweet at all; less than regular sweetness level. Nasty.
Also ordered a large Blondie chiller blended extra because we have had issues in the past...

Always have great service. Just be aware if you plan on paying with cash and only have large bills you need to spend at least half the bills value.

I LOVE this place! The employees are always so nice.
There's only one thing I wish they would change - having more decaf on hand. I don't drink caffeine, and I've missed out on buying there three times now when going with friends.

My husband picked me up a drink! He ordered a sugar free Bahama mama fizz soda which is cherry and coconut which is pink in color! He received a blue drink of some sort! He didn’t realize it was not correct until I told him when he got home!...

Whoever was making the coffee's on 25May2026. You did a really not so great job. I would tell you to stick to the recommended method and not to try to personalize everything

Tried the new cotton candy lemonade and the poster pic was very misleading from what I received and it taste like they just added every single flavor syrup into the cup.
