Chiller machine is broken often, resulting in a very bad drink. Employees are all nice but none of them are willing to take the order of more than one car at a time. Resulting in the line dragging significantly slower than it already is. Love...

Went through the drive thru and despite being out of some things they did their best to accommodate the drinks we wanted. When one was accidentally made hot, Hayden took it back and made it iced. He didn’t have to but it was sweet and appreciated....

Had to wait 45 min. I thought yesterday was a fluke, same thing today.
I used to enjoy this place but not worth sitting idle in the car for almost an hour.

This is the slowest most disorganized 7 brew yet. I’ve been to multiple in Georgia and they are wayyy more quick and on top of it.
Waited at the window for ten minutes for 3 coffees.

Aedan deserves a raise for being the best employee they have. But really, always friendly service and don't know if they have ever gotten my drink wrong which is hard to say for many other establishments.
